The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) under the Ministry of Finance (MoF) intends to build an office block using the Eco-Friendly (Green) Building Concept under a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) arrangement by a private party. The SEC has approved a strategy to commercialize its 1.56 acre plot of land located at Cantonments in the Greater Accra Region of the Republic of Ghana in order to provide it with the needed office space for its employees to enhance the services provided by the Commission.
The SEC, through the Ghana PPP Programme, seeks to recruit a Transaction Advisor to assist in preparing the Project for the market and to secure an investor to fund and operate the Project for a specified period.
The SEC has advertised for Expressions of Interest (EOI). The SEC is in the process of evaluating the EOIs submitted. Subsequently, shortlisted firms will be invited to submit technical and financial proposals for Transaction Advisory services.
